Jayo Contractors Inc. is proud to announce the start of the new upcoming project Paramount Parks at Fairfield Assisted Care and Memory Care Centers. We would like to take this opportunity to extend our invitation to bid to your company, the project is slated to start in the Spring of 2012 and it is our intention to lay the ground work before the rains come so time is of the essence. The project consists of two buildings for phase one totaling 121 units equaling a total of 103,000 sq. ft. plus of new construction. The development will be constructed on 6.25 acres of undeveloped ground nestled up against the foothills just off I 80 approximately one half mile, located in Fairfield, CA. We anticipate and look forward to working with you on your proposal.

Development Plans and Specifications
The linked file packages below are in the "zip" archive format (identified by a file extension of .zip or .gz).
